Absolutely. NissiTools employs client-side in-browser computing (HTML5 Canvas and WebAssembly). Your PDFs, photos, and signatures are processed inside your device's memory. They are never uploaded or stored on any remote server.

The floor plans generated by NissiTools are preliminary conceptual blueprints designed to help you visualize room dimensions, circulation spaces, and Vastu alignments. Prior to physical construction, you must hire a licensed structural engineer and architect to verify soil bearing conditions, seismic requirements, and municipal sanction bylaws.

Our calculator uses empirical civil engineering formulas conforming to Indian Standards (IS 456 for concrete and IS 2212 for masonry). It provides a reliable quantity takeoff for cement bags, TMT steel bars (with 8mm to 16mm breakdown), bricks, sand, and aggregate. You can also adjust local unit rates to match your regional market prices in INR.

For Intra-State supplies (sales within the same state), the GST rate is split equally into Central GST (CGST) and State GST (SGST). For Inter-State supplies (sales across state borders), Integrated GST (IGST) applies in full. Our calculator displays both inclusive and exclusive prices with the full tax split.
