2. House Floor Plan Generator Disclaimer
Every residential plot possesses distinct geographic characteristics, local setback regulations, Floor Area Ratio (FAR/FSI) caps, and municipal building bylaws. Before undertaking physical construction or applying for municipal building permits, you must commission a certified architect and licensed structural engineer to draft and inspect site-specific drawings.
3. Construction Material & Cost Calculator Disclaimer
The quantities generated for cement bags, TMT steel rebars, sand, aggregate, and bricks are indicative approximations derived from standard residential framed structure ratios (e.g., IS 456). Actual material consumption will depend on:
- Soil Bearing Capacity (SBC) and foundation depth.
- Structural column and beam sizing engineered for seismic and wind loads.
- Variations in local market raw material pricing and labour wage contracts.
- Site wastage and contractor construction techniques.
4. Financial, Tax & GST Disclaimer
Financial tools including the Indian GST Calculator, Loan EMI Calculator, Mutual Fund SIP Wealth Estimator, and Salary Take-Home Estimator provide mathematical models based on user inputs. They do not represent certified financial planning, tax advice, or official bank loan agreements. Tax classifications, exemptions, and GST slab applicability must be verified with a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or tax professional.
